The right to apply for the enrolment to the doctoral studies has a person who fulfils the following requirements:

possesses a diploma of the second degree of the academic studies;

passed the exams from the previous study levels that provide necessary pre-knowledge for the chosen study programme;

has a knowledge of English language and
-
has an adequate average grade or scientific achievements:

a person who completed basic and graduate academic studies (master) with a minimum of 300 ECTS and average grade not less than 8 (10 is maximum grade) at undergraduate and graduate academic studies;
-
a person who completed graduate academic studies with a minimum of 300 ECTS and has scientific achievements, according to the score list from the Article 8 of the Statute;
-
a person who has achieved or achieves the level VII-1 according to the regulations that were in force before the latest Law on Higher Education, if he/she completed previous study levels with an average grade not less than 8 (eight) or has scientific achievements, according to the score list from the Article 8 of the Statute.

a person who possesses the academic Magisterial level according to the previous low on higher education can apply for the doctoral studies too, according to the provision of the Article 128 of the Law on Higher Education.
A candidate applies for the enrolment and submits the following documents to the student office:

application form with the chosen study programme marked,
-
brief CV,
-
photocopies of the diplomas from the previous levels of academic studies, originals for inspection,
-
photocopies of the diploma supplements or the certificates of passed exams and average grade, originals for inspection,
-
a list of scientific and professional achievements, list of publications,
-
photocopies of the publications, originals for inspection,
-
Certificate of the knowledge of English language.
A candidate can do the English language test organized by the School.
After the enrolment competition is closed, a unique ranking list of candidates who applied for the doctoral studies is formed based on the score established according to the Article 8 of the Statute.
A candidate who qualified for the enrolment submits the following documents:

Two 3,5x4,5 cm photographies and one 1,8x2,3 cm photography, not older than 6 months,

birth certificate,
-
Originals or photocopies of the diplomas from the previous levels of academic studies and diploma supplement or the certificates of passed exams and average grade,

Proof of tuition fee payment for the first year of doctoral studies, i.e. of the first instalment payment, if the Council granted payment by instalments, or proof of tuition fee exemption.
Foreign citizens enrol the doctoral studies under the same conditions regarding educational level as Serbian citizens. Fulfilment of the required conditions is determined on the basis of the diploma from the previous levels of academic studies as well as the structure of the study programme of the completed studies.
