Biography

Dr Mirjana Radivojević was born in 1977 in Valjevo. Elementary school and high school Mathematics ended in Valjevo, and in 2001 she finished Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Department of Telecommunications. During the study she was a scholar of the Ministry of Education and the winner of the best students of Electrical Engineering and generations. After graduation, she was a scholar of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Development in the field of optoelectronic telecommunications. During that time, she worked on the project Design SDH unit multiplexed input at 622 Mbps. She enrolled postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Department of Telecommunications. Her master's theme was 'Analysis and modeling protocols in Ethernet passive optical network' at the Department of Optical Communications. She defended her PhD at the same faculty with thesis: "Analysis of the quality of service in Ethernet passive optical networks based on wavelength division multiplexing". At the School of Computing is a professor at the Department of Computer Engineering at the undergraduate and graduate studies. She worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia in the administration for IT maintenance and development of computer networks at the project for introduction of identity documents. She also worked at the company RB GENERALEKONOMIK where she was developing design, implementation and system integration of large systems, as well as management and project management for end users (Belgrade Stock Exchange, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, the RS Army, NA Tanjug, JP PTT, FTN Novi Sad, Ball Packaging , HIF Beograd, ICN Galenika some of them). In the Company SBB she worked on the maintenance and development of optical, wireless, Metro Ethernet and MPLS networks, as well as designing and preparing the implementation of a complete network protection. She also worked as a part-time associate at the School of Computing in Belgrade and as a lecturer at Cisco courses at CET.
